Google Ad Grants can now direct traffic to Fundraise Up Campaign Pages. Previously, nonprofits using Google Ad Grants were required to send all ad traffic to their own website domains, which meant they couldn't use Campaign Pages hosted on the donorsupport.co domain for their advertising campaigns.

Supporters can now donate to multiple funds in one transaction, and every campaign includes at least one designation by default. This gives your team clearer reporting and supporters more choice — especially valuable for education, faith-based, and disaster relief organizations.

Organizations can now offer physical or digital thank-you gifts to supporters through a new system in Fundraise Up, called benefits.

We’ve started rolling out a new approach to how donation and recurring plan data syncs with external CRMs. Syncs still run in real time, but complete much faster and with greater stability.

We’ve added a new option for matching Accounts in Salesforce NPSP. You can now match a supporter’s postal code from the donation in Fundraise Up to the Account’s billing postal code in Salesforce.

Integration sync reports have become more informative: these emails still include counts of synced and unsynced donations, but now also provide clear error details, alerts about slowed syncs, and grouping by CRM. You can choose to receive these reports daily or weekly, and users within your team can set their own preference.

We've reduced the storage duration of strictly necessary cookies from 10 years to 400 days. This change aligns with current browser standards and privacy regulations, including GDPR requirements.
